FY 2026-2027 Adopted Budget
The Temple Health & Bioscience District Board of Directors adopted the FY 2026–2027 budget on September 16, 2026.
The Link - Mixed-Use Development
The Link is a proposed mixed-use development designed to create a vibrant destination connecting healthcare, education, research, business, and community amenities in the heart of Temple’s Medical and Education District.
THBD Seeking Applicants for Board of Directors Vacancy
The Temple Health & Bioscience District (THBD) is accepting applications from qualified Temple residents interested in serving on its Board of Directors.
The individual selected will fill an unexpired term on the THBD Board of Directors, beginning upon appointment and continuing through May 2029.
Eligibility Requirements: Applicants must be a registered voter of the City of Temple, reside within the Temple city limits, not currently be an elected official, and not be employed by THBD or the City of Temple.

And we work with community partners to improve health outcomes for Temple residents.
